Passed away suddenly at home in Midhurst on Sunday, March 28, 2004. Myrtle Davies, in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late John Davies. Dear mother of Larry Miller (Ellen), Marlene Nicholson (John Ward), Dale Miller (Cathy), Karen Catling (Paul) and Pamela McKee (David). Loving grandmother of Bart, Sandy (Gerry), Erin, Ashley, Marnie, Kaitlin, Mallory (Mike), Christopher, Devon, Nicholas, Whitney, Lindsay and Geordie. Cherished great-grandmother of Morgan, Tyler and David. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Marie, Beryl, Mavis and Lois and brother Ron Coutts. Predeceased by her brother Walter Coutts. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM Funeral Home (Clapperton and Worsley Streets) Barrie, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, April 1, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Spring interment at Midhurst Union Cemetery. Cherished grandfather of Bart, Nicholas and Geordie. Great grandfather of Erin, Marnie, Katelin, Victoria, Julia and Rebecca. Lovingly remembered by brother, Ross and sister Dorothy. He was surrounded in love by his wife, Ellen, children; Geordie Miller, Kaitlin Cordingley, Marnie Smith, and Erin Greatrix, his sisters; Marlene Nicholson, Karen Catling, and Pam McKee, and their partners, as well as other family and many friends. Beloved son of Myrtle Davies (nee Coutts, deceased), and Aubrey Miller (deceased), brother of Dale Miller (deceased). Loving grandfather of Mia, Trinity, Asher, Gabrielle, and Sean. Larry will be forever remembered and loved. Heaven is his home.
